Veg-friendly Thai food specializing in eggplant with basil dishes
At Yupha's, they use the freshest ingredients and there's no MSG in any of their dishes.
For appetizers, veg choices include Thai Rolls ($3.95), two egg rolls stuffed with bean threads and vegetable served with plum sauce; and the Buddha delight($4.95), fried tofu served with a spicy and sweet peanut sauce.
Entrees are available with tofu. The curry dishes are especially good, if you like eggplant. Because it's in all of them!
Some noteworthy entree choices are the Pad prig khing ($8.95), sauteed in house curry paste, with string beans, bell pepper and lime leaf; the Pad garlic sauce ($8.95)sauteed with garlic and ground pepper, and the Pad khing sod ($8.95) sauteed with young ginger, scallions, onions, mushroom, bell pepper and bean sauce.
