Thai food for the Northwest Valley
I know there are not many vegetarian-friendly eateries in the Northwest part of town, but at least there's Bangkok Thai (in the same location as the former former Chanpen Thai).
They have some good vegetarian choices such as appetizers of Thai Egg Rolls $2 (2 per order) consisting of crispy rice skins stuffed with vegetables; and Fried Tofu ($6), which is deep-fried Tofu served with sweet and sour sauce topped with ground peanuts.
For soups ($8.50), choose from the delightful Coconut Soup (Tom-Kha), in coconut milk with fresh Thai exotic spices, mushrooms, lime juice and homemade sauce with vegetables & tofu; and the Lemon Grass Soup (Tom-Yum). Your choice with fresh Thai herbs, mushrooms, lime juice, and homemade sauce with vegetables and tofu.
Bangkok also offers numerous vegetarian entrees consisting of curry sauces (red, green, and yellow), noodles, tofu, and stir fries; and most everything on the menu can be made Vegetarian.
For adult beverages, they serve domestic and imported beers as well as margaritas to enjoy.
