I recently had an order from here go missing - UPS claim to have delivered it, but it never showed up. Vegan Essentials couldn't have been more helpful. They did all the chasing up of UPS to find out what had happened, phoned & emailed me to keep me in the loop, and quickly sent out a replacement order.
I've gotten some shoes, belts, and other vegan food from these guys. It's easy to place orders, they ship quickly and overall have really good customer service.
The folks that run this place are very hip and extremely friendly. If you are in the Milwaukee area, you can call them up and set up a time to go to the warehouse and try stuff on. I must have tried on several pairs of shoes, which was great, because often you don't always get what you expect when you order stuff on line. I highly recommend purchasing from this great company.
I've had good experiences ordering here. Even if not all items are in stock, they are very communicative about when they can ship them to you.

When they had their old location they even let us arrange a special time on Sunday to come shop before we drove back home to St. Paul, MN. Excellent business. :)
