From the website: Our restaurant focuses on creating pure food that is delicious to the palette and beautiful to the eye. What does this mean?
First, our food and beverages are organic and local (whenever possible) vegan, gluten-free and soy-free.
We have cooked dishes, as well as raw (not heated above 118*) dishes.
We use very little oil in our food preparation and, when we do, use only organic extra virgin olive, organic sesame and a blended olive oil.
Any of the nuts and seeds that we use are soaked and sprouted before use to create enzyme-available, bio-energetic foods.

Karma is my new favorite restaurant in the Northampton area. The restaurant is huge, with at least three different levels of seating. The menu appears to change seasonally - when I visited the restaurant over the summer, I had a vegan caprese salad, with ripe tomatoes, faux mozzarella and basil leaves, drizzled with balsamic. The winter menu focuses on savory specialties. I especially like the apple walnut wrap, which is a nice combination of hearty and sweet. If you eat at Karma, you should definitely save room for dessert. The Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake is delicious and completely raw (I'm not usually a fan of raw desserts, but Karma has won me over)!
The lasagna is one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten! Great atmosphere and service, too!
