A mostly vegan bakery and restaurant
This cafe is located inside the boulder coop. It opened February 2003 and is run mostly by teenagers, who are very friendly and nice. They have lots of coffees, teas, juices, smoothies. It is mostly vegan, and they offer raw food options. Nearly every thing is organic ingredients used. On Friday evenings, there is music.

I didn't even try their food - the salad was unappealing and the rest looked like gloop. I did try the coffee though, and it was incredibly weak.
Definitely a great place to eat. Unfortunately, it isn't really a restaurant so you don't have that nice cozy feeling. It is more like a hustle-and-bustle cafe that isn't very relaxing. The food is good though! Organic & Vegan. They also have some very tasty raw salad dressings on the salad bar. The food bar is rather pricey though.. you can make most of the dishes at home for much less. But, if you are hungry and don't want to cook, it is a great place to go. Also if you just want to stop in for a snack.
I must say, the vegan ice cream is a MUST try!! It is so good and is sweetened with Agave syrup!
