Organic Restaurant
A very nice organic restaurant with vegetarian and vegan options. Their desserts are free of refined sugar, and there are even some vegan desserts.

The staff were helpful in pointing out which items were vegan, and when the food arrived it looked great. We shared the tofu tempura for starter, then had the barbeque seitan and the pad Thai. We accept that tempura is going to be oily, but both the main dishes were swimming in oil too. Apart from that, everything tasted good.
I would go back, but only occasionally, mostly due to the price, but I'd make sure to ask for less oil!
I ate lunch here with my omnivorous family while visiting Boulder. My parents and sister liked what they ordered, but I had mixed feelings. My soba was only OK, but the vegan cake was delicious. The ambience was lovely and the waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. It's a little expensive, but definitely worth trying. I'll definitely go back the next time I am in town.

I give food a 9 and the price a 5, so, it averaged a 7. The Vegi-Burger with raw organic cheddar is hands down the best vegi-Burger I've ever had. My friend Bri used to be the pastry chef, but she left about 6 months ago, and the deserts just haven't been up to snuff.
Overall I'd go back, but it's expensive even for Boulder standards.
