I recently got some take-out and was terribly disappointed. I haven't been there in about a year, when the place was finally cleaned up outdoors, although it looked like a six year old painted and decorated the place. Then, about every other meal was sent back to the kitchen for being incorrect, although the food was very good. This time around, I should have known better. The outside looked like nothing but rats had been living there for quite some time, the grass (or weeds) were knee high. If the outside looks so terrible, what can you possibly expect inside? Some things never change. The order, when I got home, was incorrect. The appetizer was wrong, the rice was old, cold, and lacking. The serving of curry was about a third of the size of what it was before, and I counted 3 pieces of x in the whole meal. The meal cost over $20 (plus a tip???) and wasn't worth $2. I was certainly left wanting more, but not from here! Very unfortunate, I thought things had finally taken a change for the better after the total disaster of Naviya's, I miss Ketsana's food. This location seems to be cursed, nothing has worked here for YEARS. Clean up your act Joy! This community needs you, but I would drive to Wisconsin for Thai food before spending another penny at this run down joint.

While the waitress insisted all the curries could be made vegan I remain somewhat skeptical. They were easily able to make their Drunken Noodles and Rama vegan (but there was a close call: the kitchen screwed up and put egg in my noodles; the waitress, however, was keen-eyed and spotted it before serving it to me and had the kitchen re-make it).
