Cheap and tasty drinks, vintage arcade games and a predominately vegan menu!
We're Stella's Lounge - we pour stiff drinks and the same beer you stole from your Dad's garage fridge back in the day.
We have all the vintage arcade games you skipped 6th period to play, we have the raw, hard edged music that was just coming into its own when you were a kid (OK - maybe you weren't, but WE were)
We also have over 200 whiskies for your sipping pleasure.
We have assembled an amazing staff to care for your every need - if you want something, ask nicely (please and thank you!) and they'll hook you up.
Our menu is mostly vegan.
Stella's is a bar - we're working out our minors policy, but for now, minors can come in with their parents until 8 - after that, no way, no how. Please note that the arcade games are not babysitters - if we see kids alone in the arcade room, they will be given a quad espresso and an airhorn to take home. No, we do not have crayons or a kids' menu - Sweet Fancy Moses, people! We're a freakin' bar!

Definitely a unique atmosphere. Can get crowded at peak times especially on Thursdays for half-off burgers including the lentil burger. All of the vegan sides/starters are really great. I especially enjoy the bbq poor man's wings with vegan ranch. It's by far one of the best vegan ranch dressings I've ever had.
UPDATE: When Stella's first started their menu was about 80% vegan with only a tiny corner of the menu called "pet cemetery" that had a few non-veg dishes. Sadly, with time they've changed and put the focus almost entirely on their beef burgers and added things like 'bacon fat' popcorn. Instead of a vegan haven it's now filled with yuppies looking to taste the 'award-winning' burger or bacon-fetishizing hipsters.
That rant aside, their vegan menu items are still delicious although on the greasy side. I continue to recommend the poor man's potato wings, vegan chicken wings, and 'no-bull steak' philly. Their bbq and mild wing sauces and vegan house ranch remain addictive. Service is usually pretty good considering how crowded it can get at peak times.
Amazing food! American vegan bar food. their poor mans wings are fantastic (potato wedges breaded, deep fried with sauce). Their tempeh bacon is perfect! great atmosphere, great artwork and location.
