This hotel, located near the old centre, serves a very vegan-friendly buffet breakfast. At the "normal" buffet you can find fresh fruit, cereals, muesli, bread, jams, juices, all marked with a "V OK". If you ask to the waiters you can also have soy milk and soy cappuccino, various teas, veg croissant, veg biscuits, veg slices of crispy toast, veg butter, bio jams and real brown sugar "fair trade". Gluten free food also available. The hotel spread vegan brochures, too.

By car coming from North
From the motorway A1 exit at Firenze-Certosa, follow signs for Siena (take "raccordo Siena-Firenze") and exit at Siena North, take right to the "centro", "fortezza", "stadio" passing through Via Fiorentina. Hotel Italia is after the 3rd traffic-light on the right.
By car coming from South
From the motorway A1 exit at Valdichiana-Bettolle, follow signs for Siena( take "raccordo Bettolle-Siena), in proximity of Siena take "tangenziale" direction Florence. Exit at Siena North, take right to the "centro", "fortezza", "stadio" passing through Via Fiorentina. Hotel Italia is after the 3rd traffic-light on the right.
From the railway station
About 1 km. You can take a cab (around 7 Euros), or bus number 9 and 10. In spring 2010 will open also the escalator connecting the railway station to Porta Camollia, and you'll reach the hotel also walking with no effort!
