Trend-setting Chinese Fine Dining in a casual setting
P.F. Chang's is one of those trend-setting hot spots that seem to have a presence in every locale that offers the most and best of everything. (See more pictures below.)
Appetizers for vegetarians include delightful vegetable dumplings (filled with shredded vegetables and pan-fried or steamed); and Chang's Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps (wok-seared tofu, red onions, water chestnuts with mint and lime), which are a meal in and of themselves; Shanghai Cucumbers (sliced cold cucumbers sprinkled with soy and sesame), and Spring rolls (veggies in a deep-fried roll).
For Entrees, there's the magnificent Vegetable Chow Fun (soft wide rice noodles and slivered vegetables in spicy vegetarian sauce); Sichuan Style Long Beans or Asparagus (quickly cooked with Sichuan preserved vegetables) Spinach Stir-fried with garlic; Buddha's Feast (veggies steamed or Stir-Fried); Coconut-curry Vegetables (stir-fried mixed vegetables, crispy silken tofu and peanuts in a vegetarian coconut-curry sauce) Stir-fried Spicy Eggplant (tossed with scallions and a fiery sauce); Ma Po Tofu (Sichuan's famous dish of crispy silken tofu, in a spicy vegetarian sauce with steamed broccoli) and Garlic Snap Peas. All meals are served with brown or white rice, and are spiced to order.
This is good food in a place that you can take your non-veg friends to and they'll love you for it.

The atmosphere and food are consistently good. The vegetarian lettuce wraps are vegan and there are a nice handful of vegan entree options. Very affordable and a great source of vegan grub on the Strip in Vegas!

The Coconut Curry Vegetables might be my favorite restaurant food on the planet!
They have more veg choices than the average restaurant, and the buildings are always beautiful.
The only reason I give Chang's a 9 instead of a 10 is because it annoys me that they make that sauce at your table. Then most people don't use it, and it gets thrown out. Such a waste.
