Mango's Cafe in Montrose serves vegetarian and vegan cuisine at a very reasonable price, especially for the location. Live music by local and national bands nearly every night. There is an all day breakfast, plus lunch and dinner items served late (kitchen open until midnight.) Enjoy shamefully good locally made vegan desserts.
Happy Hour is Monday-Thursday 3-8pm with specials like $1 Beer, $2 Wells and $5 Pizza + Beer (or grilled cheese, buffalo tofu wings, curry fries, or PB&J).
